PURPOSE: To reduce the number of a slip and compare with an image by reading and memorizing the information of a first slip in a computer and preparing a second slip from this image and moving it along with an article and inputting additionally the image information of a receipt stamp, etc., at a moved destination and memorizing it relating to a prior memory information. CONSTITUTION: A first slip 13 is a carbon paper in two pieces of an client copy 13a and an input slip 13b and a destination, client and commodity, etc., are entered at a store. The image of the input slip 13b is read by a scanner 21 and a data is sent to a host computer. A work station 22 prints out a second slip 14 after processing the content of a slip file 23. The second slip 14 is one writing form and is composed of a pasting slip to a commodity 141, a proof slip 142, a deliverer copy 143 and a physical distribution copy 144 and pasted on a packing. A deliverer receives a receipt stamp on the proof slip 142 at the destination and this image is transferred from a physical distribution center to the host computer and stored in the part with the same slip number of the slip file. |
