PURPOSE: To provide a toner image former which is free from deterioration of an image quality owing to floated toner. CONSTITUTION: Electrodes 23, 23(toner reflecting electrode 23) are provided between a freely rotatably supported photosensitive drum 11 and an LED head 13 in which a plurality of LED devices are provided in opposition thereto. An electric field E1 is formed in a space between the photosensitive drum 11 and the LED head 13 through a toner reflecting electrode 23 by an electric field forming means. A surface of a lens 21 is protected from being contaminated with a floated toner by preventing the toner floated from the photosensitive drum 11 from approaching the lens 21. |
