PURPOSE: To improve polishing workability by installing a brush on the tip of a flexible joint connected to the axial center of a rotation transmitting mechanism to take out rotation of a rotor in the direction for crossing the shaft direction of a main body in a rotary grinding/polishing/cleaning device to grind, polish and clean the periphery of a hole formed in a grinding/polishing/cleaning object member. CONSTITUTION: The base end of a pipe 18 is inserted into a hole 17 bored in a grinding/polishing/cleaning object member 16, and when this pipe 18 is welded to the grinding/polishing/cleaning object member 16, a rotary grinding/ polishing/cleaning device to polish its welding place drives a rotor 2 in rotation by blowing air from outside against plural blades 5 arranged around the rotor 2. A clutch shaft 14 is rotated through a speed reduction mechanism 12 by rotation of this rotor 2, and is also transmitted to the axial center 19 through gears 9 and 10 by rotation of a gear 7 on the rotor 2, and a brush 30 having a shaft is rotated through a universal joint 20 and a chuck body 26 by rotation of this axial center 19, and a peripheral edge surface of the hole 17 of the grinding/polishing/cleaning object member 16 is ground, polished and cleaned. |
