PURPOSE: To improve the printing quality by suppressing the changes of the composition and physical properties of ink, and accurately controlling the ink quantity on a plate. CONSTITUTION: An ink supply unit 30 has a roller 31 having a plurality of pores 31a which are formed in a hollow rollerlike unit and in which ink can flow out from the inside to the outside, an ink supply layer 32 in which a plurality of fine holes which are provided on the outer periphery of the roller 31 and the ink can flow out from the inside to the outside in contact with a plate 41a, a pump 34 and a rotary joint 33 for feeding the ink into the hollow part of the roller 31, and a controller 36 for controlling the feeding amount of the ink from the pump 34 based on the rotating speed of the roller 31 and the ink thickness on the surface of the layer 32. |
