FIELD: method to produce titanium dioxide, new product with titanium dioxide produced by the method of titanium dioxide production, method to produce pliable product using new product with titanium dioxide, new pliable product produced by the method of pliable product production. SUBSTANCE: method to produce titanium dioxide has stages: (a) production of mixture, that has titanium dioxide material in liquid medium; (b) wet grinding of titanium dioxide material in liquid medium; (c) after stage (b) value of pH of mixture is decreased to value , that does not exceeds 4.0; (d) after stage (c) addition of effective amount of alkaline into mixture to initiate flocculation of titanium dioxide material; (e) removal of flocculated titanium dioxide material out of mixture; (f) washing of titanium dioxide material. Titanium dioxide material, that is used at stage (a) is sintered titanium dioxide material, that is produced in process of reaction. Beside any inorganic oxides formed in process of reaction together with material of titanium dioxide, used at stage (a) material of titanium dioxide practically does not have settled on it inorganic oxides. Besides, except any repeatedly settled inorganic oxides primely formed in reaction process together with material of titanium dioxide, other inorganic oxides practically do not settle on titanium dioxide material in process of the method realization. EFFECT: method allows to produce titanium dioxides material of high purity. |
