FIELD: railway building. SUBSTANCE: additional rail is placed in parallel to the main track at a distance equal to the distance between rails in the main track. The third additional rail may be laid without failing the traffic on the main track. Transportation means may be moved on completion the laying down the third rail with wheel-to-wheel spacing equal to 1520 mm and 3040 mm. All members of the main railway may be used at wide-gage track. EFFECT: low-cast railway building. |
