FIELD: materials handling and transportation facilities. SUBSTANCE: crane has framework, two winches on trolleys made for moving and locking on brackets located in near-support zones. Brackets are arranged eccentrically relative to longitudinal axis of framework cross section. Load cables of crane are secured by one end of winch drum and by other ends are reeved in load hanger. Crane has automatic control system consisting of control module connected with position, load swinging and cable tension pickups and with winches by means of switching devices, and feedforward and feedback cables. EFFECT: improved accuracy and smoothness of load displacement, increased load transportation speed, prevention of load horizontal swinging by braking (accelerating) one of winches, reduced metal usage and overall dimensions of framework by reducing its cross section. |
