FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing peripheral layers of the cornea down to cementless envelope without opening anterior chamber when applying method involving cutting out superficial scleral flap and the deep one with ciliary body being opened to make iridectomy. Area having no vessels in the iris of the eye is selected and cross-shaped cut of 1.5 mm in size in the cementless envelope and trabecula is carried out. Iridectomy is carried out by removing the top of the outstanding iris of the eye to form fistula into the posterior chamber. EFFECT: reduced postoperative complications.
