The invention concerns a method for producing and applying a two-component resin, in particular to granular material which is to be consolidated. The two components of the resin are introduced, spatially separate from each other, into the mixing chamber at a pressure of between 20 and 200 bar, are mixed in the mixing chamber and applied at a pressure of between 1.5 and 6 bar without the formation of spray. The two components of the resin are each introduced into the mixing chamber in a metered manner via a gear pump, the two pumps being driven jointly by a motor. The components are mixed in a plastics tube which is surrounded by a metal tube and contains a removable mixing element consisting of interconnected gratings which are offset relative to one another. |
