The system makes a steering pedal perform a reciprocating angular motion by a driver's foot in order to assist a main steering wheel. The system comprises: a recess(39) formed at a front part(38a) of the steering pedal(38); a lift lever(36) with one end connected to the recess(39) by a pin; an arm(30) having a hole(33) for making the lift lever(36) perform a sliding motion; a crank device lever(29) performing an angular motion by the reciprocating angular motion of the arm(30); a connecting rod(26) having one end connected to the lever(29) and the other end connected to a driving bevel gear(21).
