In an ISDN line circuit channel monitor system having a digital line circuit controller (15), a line circuit network (16) and a call processor accommodation network (24), there are provided monitor equipment (28) and a connection making part (16, 21, 24, 25). The monitor equipment is coupled to the digital line circuit controller, the first network or the second network, and monitors D and B channels of a basic interface and a primary rate interface.
