PURPOSE: To bend and vibrate a vibrator in a stable posture by flattening supporting filaments in the axial direction of the vibrator at least in a part except a connecting part to the vibrator. CONSTITUTION: When a vibrator 1 supported by supporting filaments 21a and 21b is bent and vibrated in a necessary amplitude in the Y axis direction by an action of a piezoelectric means, an electromagnetic means or the like, the filaments 21a and 21b are particularly largely deformed in the Z axis direction in flat parts 23a and 23b whose second moment of area is small. The bending moment acting on a connecting part to the vibrator 1 by its filaments 21a and 21b becomes smaller, and deflective deformation generated in its part also becomes smaller. Therefore, pressing force exerted on respective side surfaces of the vibrator 1 by its connecting part of the filaments 21a and 21b also becomes smaller, and component force in the X axis direction and the Z axis direction of respective pressing forces also becomes smaller. Therefore, bending vibration in the Y axis direction of the vibrator 1 is extremely stabilized. |
