PURPOSE: To obtain a nutrition composition for infants having effects such as improvements of excrement properties, nitrogen utilization efficiency and digestive absorption, inhibition of an allergy crisis, etc., by mixing ground milt or a milt fraction into a nutrition composition for infants. CONSTITUTION: This nutrition composition is prepared by mixing 0.01-10wt.% (conversed on solid base) ground milt obtained by removing the integument from the milt and treating to deodorize with water, a salt solution, alcohol, etc., or purified milt fractionated component obtained by purifying the ground milt by an extraction or an enzyme treatment and further purifying by a precipitation fractionation method, an ion-exchange resin method, a membrane fractionation method, an electrodialysis method, etc., into a nutrition composition for infants. |
