<p>PURPOSE: To reduce disconnection time by comparing the priority of the transmission line in a detour command and the priority of the transmission line of a self-node detour definition and switching and putting back an already detouring command when the priority of the detour command is higher. CONSTITUTION: When the fault in a transmission line is recognized and alarm information is generated in a hard control part 1 1, for instance, the start request of the detour which is pertinent to an alarm portion is performed as a detour command for an operation control part 13, in a fault control part 12. In the control part 13, the detour command from the control part 12 is delivered to a detour processing part 14. When the processing part 14 receives the detour command, the priority of the detour route in the detour command and the priority of the present transmission line defined in the control part 13 are compared. When the former is larger than the latter, a switching and putting back processing is performed under a condition that the command is not a detour. Namely, when the priority is designated to the detour command, the pertinent definition is selected. When another definition for the same faulty transmission line is already detouring, the definition is made definition selection improper when the priority of the definition selection is low.</p> |
