PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable heating of an intake pipe immediately after starting an internal combustion engine, or even before the starting as required, not in the conventional case where the intake pipe is heated after the internal combustion engine is operated to a certain extent that cooling water is heated to a sufficient temperature. SOLUTION: An electric motor which drives a throttle valve 12 in a range of an electronic accelerator pedal is supplied with increased dissipating energy. By transferring heat to a wall of an intake pipe 10 by means of a corresponding connection device, the intake pipe 10 of an internal combustion engine is heated in an area of the throttle valve 12. |
