PURPOSE: To mold even a molded product having a complicated uneven shape without generating a flaw such as wrinkles or rupture to the surface thereof and to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: When a molded product having a skin surface material 1 integrated with the surface thereof is molded, a plurality of fixing means 20 preliminarily holding the skin surface material 1 between molds by mold clamping and capable of regulating the positions holding the skin surface material 1 are provided in a spaced apart state and the holding positions thereof are regulated corresponding to the amt. of the skin surface material 1 to be sent into the molds. Since the skin surface material 1 is different in holding timing at every part, the skin surface material 1 is sent into the molds by quantity set at every part of the skin surface material 1 and proper tension is applied to each part by the filling with a molten resin 2.
