RUBBER HOSE SHEATH MOLD FOR FORMING DUCT AND DUCT FORMING METHOD

PURPOSE: To realize the easy use as a sheath mold and the convenient coupling with pressure hose by a constitution wherein the mold consists of a fitting serving as an engaging part having a through hole for both ends and a hose part made of specified reinforcing layers and rubber materials, which embeddingly hold the reinforcing layers. CONSTITUTION: The rubber hose sheath mold 1 for forming a duct is inserted between through holes having openings opposint to each other of precast concrete blocks adjacent to each other so as to form a duct connecting with the through holes of hardening members filled in the gap between the precast concrete blocks. Both the end parts of the mold consists of a pair of fittings 2 and 3, at least out of which is composed of an engaging part having an axially communicating through hole and its middle part consists of reinforcing layers 43 and 44, the braiding angle of the reinforcing thread in each of which to the line parallel to the center axis of the mold is 35 deg. or less, and inner and outer rubbers 41 and 42, which embeddingly hold the reinforcing layers 43 and 44 respectively. Both the end parts of a hose part 4 having an axis hole communicating with the through hole of the engaging part are fixingly held to the fittings 2 and 3 respectively.
