<p>Solidifying a cover onto a shaped padding, by gluing, involves arranging a cover (1) in a cold shape (2) and holding it by a frame (3), then applying a glue (4) onto the internal walls of the cover, heating the surface of the padding (5) and immediately applying the heated foam padding to the glued walls of the cover, to give immediate transfer of heat by direct contact and very rapid hardening of the glue, then opening the cold shape (2) and removing the padding provided with a cover (1).</p> |
