Ski boot consisting of a shell (1) and of an upper in the shape of a collar (cuff) (2) articulated on the shell, and comprising an inner comfort bootee and a strap (11) of adjustable length for gripping the upper part of the bootee or of the collar around the leg. The boot also comprises a curved small plate (15) equipped with two loops via which it is mounted slidably on the strap on the front or the side of the bootee or of the collar. This small plate makes it possible to obtain optimum support for the tibia when flexing or to reinforce the edge gripping when it is on the side.
