PURPOSE: To improve assembling workability. CONSTITUTION: A plane light guiding plate 1, a lamp 2 opposed to the end of the light guiding plate 1 and a lighting unit 4 to light the lamp 2 are encased in a case 5 which is formed with a cover 8 having a light transmissive window 8a made of diffusive material on the front side and a body 7 to mount the cover 8 thereon so as to oppose the light guiding plate 1 to the light transmissive window 8a. Light is transmitted to an object arranged in front of the light transmissive window 8a via the light guiding plate 1 to visibly recognize information about the object. The first reflecting part 9 is formed on the opposite side of the light guiding plate 1 for the lamp 2 into one unit with the case 5 to reflect light from the lamp 2 to the end of the light guiding plate 1. |
