PURPOSE: To provide a communication system which can minimize the processing time needed for the matching of data bases and also can eliminate the matching of data base management systems that is required between both systems. CONSTITUTION: A transmission system C includes an operation message signal input part 2 which inputs an operation message signal to register, delete or change the data against a transmission data base 8, a transmission data base processing control part 3 which operates the data based on the operation message signal of the part 2, and an operation message file generation/transmission part 4 which receives the operation message signal and generates a transmission operation message file to send it to a reception system D. The system D includes an operation message conversion part 10 which receives the transmission operation message file and converts it into a reception operation message file, and a reception data base processing control part 11 which operates the data against the data base 8 based on the reception operation message file received from the part 10.
