PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source for providing a current substantially proportional to the absolute temperature which sufficiently operates with a relatively low power supply voltage. SOLUTION: The current source 300 is constituted of first and second current paths, and the current paths are connected so that first and second currents running through each current path can be substantially in a preliminarily decided direct proportional relation during the operation of the circuit. The current source 300 also includes an arithmetic amplifier 120, each input terminal is connected with the first and second current paths, and the arithmetic amplifier 120 is connected with a feedback constitution so that the voltages of first and second preliminarily decided points in the middle of the first and second current paths can be held substantially equal. Moreover, the first and second currents are substantially related with the first and second voltages according to the expression of a junction diode. |
