PURPOSE: To radiate heat so as not to generate smoke on a wire before fusing of a fuse. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating covering material 10 which has insulating performance and high heat conductivity is provided by mixing one kind or a plurality kinds of silica, alumina, magnesium oxide, boron nitride, or beryllium oxide to vinyl chloride. The heat radiating covering material 10 covers the wire (W), which is formed by connecting a terminal metal 14 to a core wire exposed by peeling the insulation covering 11, by bringing the heat radiating covering material 10 into contact with the outer circumferential face of the insulating covering 11 in the vicinity of the terminal metal. |
