摘要 PURPOSE: To allow the capacity and the output of a capacitor cell to be altered according to using conditions by controlling a resistance and a reference voltage for operating the capacitor according to a voltage signal supplied from a signal source via a shunt regulator, and remotely operating the limited voltage of the cell from a charger side in response to the necessity. CONSTITUTION: A shunt regulator X is connected in parallel with capacitor cells CA to CN to bypass charge currents. A resistor RS and a capacitor C1 connect a parallel charge controller 1 to a signal source 3. The controller 1 sets a reference voltage according to the output signal of the resistor RS and the capacitor C1, compares it with the terminal voltages of the cells CA to CN to control the regulator X and controls the reference voltage for operating the regulator X according to a voltage set signal supplied from the source 3 via the resistor RS and the capacitor C1.
