Water is supplied to the head via a hollow hand-grip on the latter. A union nipple turns freely on the grip end and accommodates a water-hose. The nipple (14) slides axially in relation to the grip (1) between a first position in which it can turn freely in relation to it and a second one in which it is positively coupled to the grip and cannot do so. The second position can be further inside the grip than the first. The nipple can be spring-loaded (23) towards the first position, typically by a spring lug bearing against a fixed radial face (29) inside the grip.
