PURPOSE:To enable to early, accurately and automatically detect the abnormal leakage of hydrogen gas by inputting the state of whether a rotary electric machine is operated at rated rotating speed or at turning time or not and varying the reference value to be monitored in response to the operating state. CONSTITUTION:An operating state detector 19 discriminates from an input signal whether a turbine generator 1 is operated at a rated rotating speed or at turning time and inputs the discriminated result to an input circuit 11. The circuit 11 further inputs the open or closed state signal of a sealed valve 4, an arithmetic circuit 20 calculates the hydrogen gas consumption based on the input signals, compares the calculated value with the reference value to be monitored, monitors whether there is abnormal leakage of hydrogen gas or not, and inputs the result to an output circuit 21 for indicating the results, warning and outputting it. In this manner, the abnormal leakage of the hydrogen gas can be early, accurately and automatically detected. |
