graft-polymerizing a non-polar polyolefin such as high density polyethylene, polypropylene, low density polyethylene(LDPE) or linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) with maleic acid anhydride to obtain an polar modified polyolefin, spraying a liquid agent that dissolved or dispersed the modified polyolefin of 0.5-10 wt. parts/100 ml(solvent) onto the surface of a coated material, evaporating the solvent, and then melt-coating the modified polyolefin at a temperature of 140-180 deg.C for 10 sec. - 30 min., whereby coated material surface improve the print-ability and coating property.
