PURPOSE:To contrive the acceleration in self-restoration by retrieving the working scripts of failure causes when a 1st work corresponding to the working index of a detected case can not be directly applied and precedently executing a 2nd work capable of turning the current state of a device to a state capable of applying the 1st work. CONSTITUTION:A case detecting means retrieves the cases stored in a case storing means 17 and detects the case of a failure state and a failure cause diagnosed by a failure diagnosing means 12. Then, an application deciding means reads out the 1st work corresponding to the working index of the case to be applied from the working script of the same failure cause and decides whether the read 1st work can be directly applied to the failure restoration of the device or not. When the application means decides that the 1st work can not directly be applied, prework is inserted so that the 2nd work can be executed prior to the 1st work. Thus, the rapid self restoration can be executed. |
