FIELD: drying of thermoplastic materials; chemical industry and other plastic processing industries. SUBSTANCE: drier has conical hopper 1 with cover 9. Pressure pipe 4 with ejector 6 is located along axis of hopper 1. Pressure pipe 4 and ejector are connected with air supply system which includes heater and air purification unit 14. Drier is also provided with control panel and material discharge unit 8. Casing 3 of hopper 1 has double walls between which radiator 2 is located. Radiator 2 is connected with air supply system which is additionally provided with air duct 10 with infra-red radiators 11 located in cover 9. Air duct 10 is brought in communication with pressure pipe 4 through ejector 6. EFFECT: avoidance of overheating of material and improved quality of drying.
