PURPOSE: To ventilate each living room on an upper floor and lower floor under well balanced conditions according to weather conditions through four seasons. CONSTITUTION: There are provided air ports 11b, 12b, 21b, 22b in communication with the outdoor air for living rooms 11, 12, 21, 22 on the upper and lower floors, respectively, and partition walls 11a, 12a, 21a, 22a and fittings 41, 42, 43, 44 are provided between the rooms 11, 12, 21, 22 and an open ceiling hall 31, respectively. A ventilation fan 32 is provided in an exterior wall or ceiling of the hall 31 so as to communicate with the outdoor. |
