<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a house wrap good in dimensional stability by extruding a molten resin layer to apply the same to a polyolefin fabric to together laminate the polyolefin fabric, a molten resin and a polyolefin film and perforating the laminated structure thus formed. SOLUTION: A resin is melted in an extruder and extended in a form of a molten resin sheet 26 through a die 24 and this molten resin sheet is bonded to a web 12 of a polyolefin fabric and the polyolefin fabric 12 having the molten resin layer 26 and a polyolefin film 18 are pressed together between a nip roll 16 and a chill roll 22 to be laminated. Next, the laminated structure thus formed issues from the gap between the rolls and the resin is solidified because heat energy is transferred to the chill roll 22. Next, the laminate is advanced through the gap between a rotary punch 28 and a backup wheel 30 corresponding thereto to be perforated.</p> |
