FIELD: equipment for producing hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has electrolyzer- water generator 2, moisture separator 3, water seal 4, gas mixture 20, burner 21, with all members being connected by gas discharge device. Electrolyzer 2, moisture separator 3 and water seal 4 are made in the form of vertical plate units and resilient liners between plate units and are interconnected through gas openings made in common walls of adjacent units.
