SUBSTANCE: method for removal of hydrogen and increase of ductility of steel finished grade includes cooling of blanks after hot plastic deformation, first, to temperature Aof 20 to -30 C at the rate of 15-60 C/min, then, to temperature higher by 10-20 C of the end of zone of ferrite- perlite conversion at the rate of 1.0-3.5 C/min.
