FIELD: metallurgy, continuous casting of blanks. SUBSTANCE: aim is to create high productivity and resources saving process of blanks production using sprayed metal. Aim is realized due to metal spraying in crystallizer with simultaneous mixture reduction, following sizing of blank surface and blank continuous pushing out. To increase strength of produced blank, wire of metal, that is homogeneous to spraying metal, is fed in center of crystallizer simultaneously with metal smelt spraying. To provide different physical properties of produced blank wire of metal, that is homogeneous to spraying metal, is fed in center of crystallizer simultaneously with metal smelt spraying. To decrease duration of blank production cycle, to simplify apparatus design it is provided with crystallizer with movable inclined and vertical planes, drum for wire feeding. In the case sprayer is made in the form of cone with generatrix, that is parallel to inclined planes, on which uniformly on given height there are holes for liquid metal discharge. Height of the liquid metal discharge holes location in sprayer "h" is linked with depth of its plunging in crystallizer "H" by ratio+ 0.2 - 0.3. To increase reliability of the apparatus operation hollow heating pipe is inserted in cylinder, through which at given speed they exercise simultaneous feeding in crystallizer of definite diameter wire with cuts and inert gas. EFFECT: improved apparatus design, process and quality of blanks casting. |
