<p>PURPOSE: To provide ballot paper for election wherein official counting of votes by ballot paper after end of the election is facilitated, and its reclamation can be carried out. CONSTITUTION: In ballot paper for election, an expandable sheet of 0.1-0.4g/cm<3> density, and at least 1.2 aspect ratio which contains a pulp fiber as a main material and an expandable perticulate is used as base sheet, a pigment coated layer is provided on at least one side of the base paper, and indication for fold is marked on a writing surface side along an MD direction. As occasion demands, calender processing is carried out to improve smoothness of a surface of the coated layer. It is excellent in a restoring property against bend, good in writing and friendly for environment.</p> |
