SUBSTANCE: method involves subcortical fixation of a transplant in the ligament base on the inner boss of the shin bone without opening the joint cavity between the capsule parts along the damaged ligament. Upon tensioning, the transplant is back-sutured to the big muscle tendon. EFFECT: shorter operation time; less traumatic operation. |
