PURPOSE: To introduce a printing unit into a normally ordinary building by forming the height and the length of the unit to suitable height and length. CONSTITUTION: A perfecting four-color printing unit 11 for printing four colors on both surfaces of a web is formed by serially aligning perfecting two-color printing units 12a, 12b formed by stacking two stages of single-color printing units 2. The web from a feeder is introduced to the unit 2 of the lower stage of the unit 12a of the initial row, passed between blanket cylinders 4, to the unit 2 of the upper stage, passed between blanket cylinders 4, introduced to the unit 2 of the upper stage of the unit 12a of next row, passed between blanket cylinders 4, introduced to the unit 2 of the lower stage, passed between the blanket cylinders 4, and introduced to a dryer of next step. |
