PURPOSE: To continuously and efficiently produce a resin impregnating tube having no sewn part, constant in the thickness of its fiber base material and capable of being uniformly impregnated with an uncured resin. CONSTITUTION: In a first method, a strip like fiber base material is spirally wound around the outer periphery of a core rod 1 so that the side end parts thereof come into contact with each other and a strip like cover film is spirally wound around the outer periphery thereof so that the side end parts thereof are overlapped with each other to bond the overlapped side end parts of the strip like cover film 5 and the formed tube 9 is pulled out of the core rod 1. In a second method, a strip like composite formed by integrally laminating a wide strip like cover film to the upper surface of the strip like fiber base material is spirally wound around the outer periphery of the core rod and the overlapped side end parts of the strip like cover film are bonded and the formed tube is pulled out of the core rod. In a third method, A strip like composite obtained by integrally laminating the strip like fiber material and the strip like cover film both of which are same in width is spirally wound around the core rod and a fine strip like bonding film is spirally wound therearound to be bonded to the joints of the strip like composite and the formed tube is pulled out of the core rod. |
