PURPOSE: To secure the electric insulated properties of a rubber elastic material having conductivity and the sealed properties of an electric insulating sleeve by using an electric insulating material, sufficiently separating conductive materials from each other in the rubber elastic material, and vulcanizing and sticking the conductive materials and the rubber elastic material to each other. CONSTITUTION: The small diametral part 34a of a conductive material 34 is electrically completely insulated from an outer cylinder 10 by an electric insulating sleeve 36. However, respective parts of a step difference surface 34c and a large diametral part 34b are brought in contact with a projecting part 38 which is a rubber elastic material. In this case, length L from the step difference part 34c closest to the outer cylinder 10 to the outer cylinder 10 is estranged to such extent that voltage is blocked so as to secure electric insulated properties. If the respective parts of the step difference surface 34c brought in contact with the rubber elastic material and the outer circumference of the large diametral part 34b are vulcanized and stuck to the rubber elastic member, ER(electric rheology) fluid in an orifice passage 26 can be prevented from being advanced by being passed between the small diametral pat 34a and the electric insulating sleeve 36, and also fluid sealing properties can be secured. |
