The habitat which is able to be used without an air tank comprises a floating base (1)with a central movable porthole (2) acting as an entry door. The floating base is extended by a hollow curved tube (3), which receives surface air for circulating in the habitat (4), which is attached to the base by a flexible sleeve (5). The flexible sleeve provides the habitat with a great mobility of under water movement. A rudder (7) fastened to the habitat allows steering the system under water. A small sleeve (8) is located between the habitat and the rudder in order to give perfect sealing of the habitat. A windowed surface (6) provides perfect visibility from the inside of the habitat. A steering wheel (14) connected to the rudder allows the habitat to be steered from its inside.
