Formulation are described containing from 25 to 55% by weight of citric acid, anhydrous; from 0.1 to 25% by weight of sodium hydrogencarbonate and/or potassium hydrogencarbonate; from 5 to 30% by weight of sweeteners; and optionally up to 70% by weight of flavoring agents, colorants and/or adjuvants and carriers, for the preparation of instant drinks. |
