Drift elimination system for electronic weighing device
摘要
The drift elimination system measures the time variation in the zero position of the weighing device in its unloaded condition, to provide a filtered value stored by the digital signal processing stage (5) for the weighing signals. The drift correction is provided by extrapolation of the actual drift of the zero position, with the corrected value fed to the output display (6). A motor-operated calibration weight may be brought into operation at defined time points for determining the weighing accuracy, which is stored to allow a further correction of the weighed value.
