<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the space of finger occupation effectively and decrease the weight of finger by providing fingers of different types, arranged between operating stations, with possibility of fitting/removal any desired with respect to a shuttle bar. CONSTITUTION:Each of finger dogs 19a-19c has a side shape in inverted T consisting of a flange part, which is fixed to a bracket 20 mounted on a shuttle bar 11, and a upright wall part which protrudes upward from said flange part and faces across the direction of the shuttle bar 11 extending. The upright wall part has a thickness just fitted in the legs of fingers 17a, 18a, 17b, 18b and 17c, 18c arranged at the side of the bar 11. Finger removal can be made any desired by the use of a lock releasing means 26, which causes unlocking of a finger lock mechanism 21 installed at the dogs 19a-19c.</p> |
