This invention provides an efficient and economic engine for portable smoke sterilizer by installing an exploding chamber(30) in the engine block to supply the fuel and to spray the disinfectant by using the explosion power. The engine block includes a flared shape fuel spraying chamber(2) inside. The air intake(3) and the spray nozzle(6) are installed on the inlet side(2a) of the fuel spraying chamber. The ignition plug(24) is mounted in the exploding chamber leading to the spraying chamber. A check valve(23) is installed in the air passing hole(16) in the exploding chamber.
