The roaster comprises an automatic adjustable-temp. system for various types of coffee. Its coffee grains container has a closing valve with a remote controller and a hopper contents detector. The machine gives a uniform temp. throughout the air flow circuit, and its heat exchanger fluidises the coffee in this connection.
