The devices comprise an activated carbon cartridge(1) that adsorbs and removes chloride ion and organic materials in city water, and a mineral cartridge(2) that supplies essential minerals into filtrated water, and a hollow fiber membrane module(3) that removes large materials and germs, and cold/hot water devices(4) established at the exit of hollow fiber module(3), and pump(P) of low capacity between cartridge(1) and devices(4), and high/low sensors(H,L) that are connected to a solenoid valve(7).
