<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a balustrade from being climbed by a method wherein a decorative screen plate with a plurality of through holes in a size small enough for preventing insertion of fingers provided at one side of a panel main body in its thickwise direction is provided. CONSTITUTION: Small square spaces 3d of a panel main body 3 formed in a grating-like frame made up by crossing lengthwise members 3a and breadthwise members 3b each other and small square spaces 3f formed when the panel main bodies 3 are connected with each other are closed and connecting holes 4 are formed, and a decorative panel 14 is constructed with a decorative screen plate 13 provided all over the surface or the reverse side of the panel main body 3, being integral therewith. A plurality of circular through holes 15 in a size small enough for preventing insertion of children's or infants' fingers are provided all over the decorative screen plate 13. When installing the decorative panel 14 to a balustrade 1, the installation is made to the balustrade 1 with a plurality of decorative panels 14 connected with one another with spring pins through the connecting holes 4. Thereby, climbing by hands or feet on the balustrade can be prevented while appearances for the balustrade 1 are improved with the decorative screen plates 13 themselves serving as a part of decoration.</p> |
