PURPOSE: To effectively discharge the drain of a storage vessel for storing drain discharged from an equipment for a long period. CONSTITUTION: The draining device for an air conditioner discharges drain 27 by a drain pump 11 when the drain 27 is stored in a drain pan 8 and arrives at a predetermined level, and comprises a limit switch 19 for displacing the pan 8 by a spring 14 provided at one end side 8a of the pan 8 and a supporting shaft 17 provided at the other end side 8b, detecting the displacement corresponding to the predetermined storage quantity and driving or stopping the pump 11. Further, the device comprises other limit switch for detecting the displacement corresponding to the storage quantity exceeding the predetermined quantity of the drain 27 to stop the operation of the air conditioner 3. |
