PURPOSE: To improve a protection accuracy of a compressor by controlling the operation of the compressor according to a difference between an inlet temperature and an outlet temperature of a room side heat exchanger when a specified operation the given as a set value passes. CONSTITUTION: After operation is started, how time passes thereafter is checked. After specified time stored in a memory means 105 for a set value of operation time of a compressor passes, temperatures at an inlet and an outlet of a room side heat exchanger are detected by detection means 107 and 108 of the inlet and outlet temperatures of the room side heat exchangers. Then, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the room side heat exchanges are compared to judge whether an absolute value of a temperature difference is smaller or not than a specified value and when it is under the specified value, the bleeding of gas is determined to occur and the operation is stopped. On the other hand, the compressor 113 is operated at a specified operation frequency after starting of the operation and an arithmetic means 110 determines the operation frequency of the compressor according to the size of the difference between the inlet and outlet temperatures of the room side heat exchanger as obtained after a specified operation time of a set value passes thereby enabling intensifying of the operation frequency by means 111 and 112 for setting and varying the operation frequency of the compressor. |
