PURPOSE: To provide a toilet seat cover which can be easily attached to or detached from the toilet seat, leaving nothing behind when it is detached from the toilet seat, and keeps its adhesive power after being repeatedly washed. CONSTITUTION: This toilet seat cover consists of sheet 11 of non-woven fabric, fitting to the toilet seat surface, which is covered by an adhesive layer of synthetic resin 12, where the adhesive layer 12 is provided with bubbles on the surface to generate an adhesive power under a vacuum. |
